Transforming
cognitive care, naturally
NICA was founded to give men and women clear, evidence-based guidance for protecting and optimising their brain health. We wanted to create a trusted space where people could take meaningful, early action to prevent cognitive decline - and, when early changes do appear, begin reversing them before they progress further.
Trained in Functional Medicine (a root-cause approach) and the Apollo ReCODE 2.0 protocol, our team stays at the forefront of the latest research in dementia prevention and cognitive optimisation. This expertise allows us to support early intervention, reduce risk, and address the many reversible contributors that affect cognition.
Having witnessed the real impact of dementia on individuals and families — and with cases continuing to rise in the UK and globally - we are committed to empowering people at every stage. From those who are currently asymptomatic and want to take proactive steps, to those experiencing early symptoms or mild cognitive changes who are ready to take effective action to restore and strengthen their cognitive function.
